He is survived by: his spouse Glenice; his children, Christopher Agnew (Christchurch), Michelle Pratt, John Pratt (Perth), Bruce Agnew and Fiona Agnew (Christchurch); his siblings, Gladys Agnew (Edendale), Rex Orr (Christchurch), Kay Houston, Geoff Houston (Brisbane), Russell Agnew, Judy Agnew (Edendale), Carol Small, Craig Small (Waikaka), Jan Agnew and Garry Earwaker (Invercargill); and his nieces and nephews, Douglas Agnew, Anna Agnew of Marie Agnew, Natasha Atkinson, Garry Atkinson, Daniel Agnew, Lance Agnew, Danie Agnew, Fraser Agnew, Rebekah Agnew, Sam Small and Tess Hansen-Hill of Jesse Small.
