She was predeceased by: her spouse Kenneth Graham Hazlett; and her child-in-law Ruth Millar. She is survived by: her children-in-law, Joan Fairweather and Rance Fairweather; her grandchildren, Linda Warren, Daniel Warren, Daniel Millar, Raelene Millar and Graham Millar; and her great grandchildren, Grace Warren, Emma Warren, Brooke, Ashton and Seth Millar.
