He was predeceased by: his mother Lynne; his grandparents, Bill, Ngaire, Bo and Mable; and his aunt Robyn.
He is survived by: his father Paul; his siblings, Deane, Nicola and Simon; his niece Zoe; his uncle Ian; his aunt Bernadette; and his cousins, Thomas and Rosalie. He is also survived by his family and friends.
