He was predeceased by: his wife Heather. He is survived by: his children, Ian (Vicki), David (Rachel), Patrick and Sarah (Russell); his stepchildren, Clare and John; and his grandchildren, Gus, Jack, Kate, Henry, Holly, Zoe, Alex and Ava. He is also survived by his family and friends.
