He was predeceased by: his wife Anne; and his siblings, Fay (David) and Margaret. He is survived by: his children, William (Susan) and Hamish (Kay); and his sister Heather.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Our Oaklands Chapel.
