David Herber Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David Herber (Christchurch, South Island), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 3, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid David farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For David is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Jan; his siblings, Ian (Sheree), Deanne, Christine, Clark and Kim; and his parent-in-law Bunty.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St Paul's Anglican Church (1 Harewood Road, Papanui, Christchurch 8053, New Zealand).
