He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara; his parents, Eric and Joan; and his brother Peter. He is survived by: his children, Sally (Jeff) and Matthew (Laura); his grandchildren, Brigitte, Malian, Phillipa, Tom, Angus, Mary-Rose, Georgina and Katelynn; his great grandchildren, Henry, Toby and Esther; his brother Simon; and his close friend Veronica Shepperd.
