He was predeceased by: his brother Louis. He is survived by: his wife Carole; his sons, Michael and Anton (Alisa); his granddaughters, Charlotte, Lucy and Emilia; his siblings, Peter, Carol, Paul and Jo; and his brother-in-law David.
