He is survived by: his spouse Daphne; his children, Lyell, Dawn, Alasdair, Josephine, Janine, Duncan and Sharleen; his grandchildren, Kevin, Brooke, Nic, Laura, Jacqui, Judith, Lyndon, Robert, Aaron, Anna, Felicity, Ryan and Hunter; and his great grandchild Olivia.
