He was predeceased by: his wife Betty; and his nephew Jeffrey. He is survived by: his child Lysbeth (Liz); his grandchildren, Renée, Josh and Whitney; his great grandchildren, Maia, Ava and Beau; his siblings, John (Rae), Gerritt and Nel (The Netherlands); his nephew David; and his nieces, Gina and Yvonne.
