With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Lester Newell (Wanganui, North Island), who passed away on November 16, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his significant other Dianne Newell; his children, Jeff Vigenser, Gregory and Shane (Joanne); his grandchildren, Chris, Alice, Bradley, Alison, Jessica and Laura; his great grandchildren, Kage, Eli and Ava; his nieces and nephews, Chris Daley, Helen Daley, Carl Daley, Clare Daley, Nicole, Carrolle, Anne and Phillip; his grandchild Grand; and his pet Heidi.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St John Ambulance would be appreciated and may be left in the Chapel Atrium.
