He was predeceased by: his parent Rob Knottenbelt. He is survived by: his spouse Georgie Tutt; his children, Sven and Mel; his parent Meta Knottenbelt; his siblings, Robert Jan, Maaike, Anneke, Hilde and Martijn; and also Polak.
