It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Colin Russell Powell (Tauranga, North Island), who passed away on September 1, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his child Ross. He is survived by: his spouse Ann; and his children, Carol and Tracy. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
