He is survived by: his spouse Averil; his children, Mel (Nicky), Leanne (Marius Dryfhout), Claire Lawrence and Gaye (Andrew Shortall); and his grandchildren, James, Joanna, Ashleigh, Nathan, Sean, Stephanie, Giovanni, Becky, Christina, Angela, Josiah, Georgia and Samuel.
