He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Siosifa Latu and Malia Liumeitupou Latu; his siblings, Niuvakai Latu, Pungato Latu, Ofa Pakalani, Sinaitakala Latu and Lucia Latu; and his siblings-in-law, Susitina Latu, Siumalu Latu, Meleane Pakalani and Uatesoni Tuiono.

A private funeral service will be held for Funa which will strictly follow all COVID 19 protocols.
