He was predeceased by: his daughter Naomi; his brother Raymond; and his half-brother Douglas Ivens. He is survived by: his sister Pamela Barker; his wife Rena; his children, Scott (Haley), Jaiden, Rachelle (Rodney Perkins) and Raelynn; his stepsons, Jeremy Mulder (Erika) and David Mulder (Janet); and his former wife Jill Phillips (Noel). He is also survived by cousins and friends.
