He is survived by: his children, Leicester (Carol), Gregory (Sally) and Murray (Robyn); his grandchildren, Michael, Shelley, Timothy, Simone, Lucy, Ben, Amy, Kate, Blake, Andrew, Rachel and Daniel; his great grandchild Olive; and his stepchildren, Christine, Julie and Vivienne.
