He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Annette; his children, Simon (Annik), Benjamin (Ngaire), Timothy (Gillian), Andrew and Rebecca (Blair); and his grandchildren, Stirling, Zoe, Tyler, Kiera and Joshie.
