He is survived by: his wife Greta Espinosa Kostiuk; his children, Vivienne, Gregory (Emily), Malcolm (Nao), Christopher (Jennifer), Riley, Nathan and Vincent; his brother Ithamar; his great-niece Arabella 'Bella'; his pet Sammy; his mother-in-law Laida; and also, Laida, Masa, Joselita, Elita, Joela, Simonette, Hannah, Greta, Mark Cesan (Sharon), Jingo (Lily), Jan Mark and Ceron Eli.
