She was predeceased by: her children, Karen McLellan (Dan) and Randy VanDeSype; her former husband Earl VanDeSype; her son-in-law Dan McLellan (Donnie McLeod); her brothers, Emile and Gilbert Deschambault (Carol); and her brothers-in-law, Duke Pearson (Doris), Dennis Cherpin (Alice) and Lyle Hammer (Reina).
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jennifer Schad and Jamie Schad; her son Glenn VanDeSype (Shantelle); her grandchildren, Jill Emmel (Davin), Cara Morhart (Nathan), Ashley VanDeSype, Dylan VanDeSype and Cole VanDeSype; her daughter Gaylene Kaip (Doug); her grandchildren, Chandy Kaip, Renae Kaip and Rylan Kaip (Jen); her son Brent VanDeSype (Michelle); her grandchildren, Lucas VanDeSype, Sarah Simpson (Kiefer) and Kylie VanDeSype; her daughter Caroline Chartrand (Russ); her grandchildren, Zachary Chartrand (Jacquie), Dustin Chartrand (Aleida), Jaxon Chartrand (Renae) and Jorde Chartrand; and her significant other Donald McLeod.
