He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Myer (Nelson) and Leonard Myer; his brother Gary Myer; his father-in-law Lance Caldwell; and his sister-in-law Lorraine Myer.
He is survived by: his son Tyler (Bailie); his granddaughter Ava (Gord); his daughter Leanne (Jim); the mother of his children Elaine Myer (Wayne); his siblings, Virgil Myer and Gloria Jahelka (Doug); his nephew Brodie Caldwell; his niece Bobie Caldwell-Dean; his mother-in-law Irene Caldwell; and his brothers-in-law, George (Barb), Blaine and Roland (Bobbie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
