He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dembiczak and Ida Dembiczak; his siblings, Doris Gelsinger and Larry Dembiczak; his brothers-in-law, Joe Gelsinger, Murray Lazoskie, Martin Mastel and Johnny Mastel; and his parents-in-law, William and Agatha Hugger.
He is survived by: his wife Rose; his children, Douglas (Marilyn) and Krista; his grandchild Kalla; his daughter Kara (Rob); his grandchildren, Nola, Janie and Carter; his daughter Colleen (Lenn); his granddaughter Grace; his sisters, Irene Mastel, Doloris Mastel and Bernice Lazoskie; and his siblings-in-law, Kenneth (Hutch) and Lottie Hutchinson.
