She is survived by: her son Derek; her grandson Lance Linford; her parents, Campbell Glenister and Roxy Glenister; her husband Herman Drescher; her children, Michelle Schaerer (Ron), Charlene Fritz (Todd), Kevin (Lisa) and Bryan (Kim); and her great grandchildren, Kim Angle Wyatt (Jordan), Marc Shaerer, Thomas Linford, Tyson Linford (Kasey Stojke), Cori Fritz Stevie (Britaneigh), Derek Drescher (Melissa), Brandon Drescher, Ethan Beingessner, Camden Drescher and Shaye Drescher.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to the Nokomis Health Centre (Palliative Care) or the Cancer Society.
