He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie and Wasyl; his wife Anne Shkwarchuk; and his siblings, Bill, Steve, George and Thelma.
He is survived by: his friend Mike Moroz; his daughters, Maryanna Maximnuk (Lorne) of Martensville, SK and Brenda Hoffman of Yorkton, SK; his grandchildren, Glen Maximnuk of Martensville, SK, Leanne Maximnuk (Keith Stride) of Grand Falls, Aaron Hoffman (Jade) of Springside, SK and Shane Hoffman (Victoria Aradimos) of Stornoway, SK; and his great grandchildren, Kashton Stride, Mason, Klay Hoffman, Silvia and Alice Hoffman.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapel of Bailey's Funeral Home (45 Fifth Ave N, Yorkton, SK S3N0Y9). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Transfiguration Ukrainian Orthodox Church (89 Bradbrooke Dr, Yorkton, SK S3N2Y2).
Memorial donations may be made to the Drobot Cemetery c/o 14 Cardinal Bay, Yorkton, SK. S3N 3G1 as gifts of remembrance.
