We are sad to announce that on June 17, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Jackie Tennent (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

Though Jackie may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jackie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Gracewood and Lilian Gracewood (University Heights). She is survived by : her sons, Bohdan and Gregory Semchuk (Colin Tennent); and her grandchildren, Gabriel, Jasper, Ava O'Keefe, Soraya Semchuk, Keira Tennent and Jack Tennent. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, June 26th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Forest Grove Community Church (502 Webster St, Saskatoon, SK S7N3P9).

In lieu of flowers we suggest donations in Jackie's memory be sent to the Saskatoon Cancer Foundation (https://cancerfoundationsask.akaraisin.com.).

“Dear Colin, Joan & Families, Jackie's passing is assuredly bringing so many of us happy memories. I think particularly of her connection with St. Matthew's through her mom. I also think of how generous she was with her time and talent in supporting the work of the church.... God's work!
