She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bulbeck and Mae Bulbeck; her aunt Vie; her uncle Larry Lefler; her husband Steve Kulyk; her daughter Cindy Litman; and her sister Vida Brunwald.

She is survived by: her children, Charles Kulyk (Kim Kulyk) and Michelle Kulyk; her sister Charlesena Nachtegaele; her granddaughters, Jessica Litman, Allison Litman, Claire MacDougall and Emma MacDougall; her nieces and nephews, Danny Brunwald (Laurie), Greg Brunwald, Glen Kulyk (Pam), Lorne Kulyk, Richard Kulyk, Peggy Mueller, Sheila Budd (Rob) and Elaine Besuyen (Barry); and her extended family Nachtegaele.

Donations can be made in Shirley's memory to support Saint Andrews Presbyterian Church.
