She is survived by: her sons, Barton Hazzard and Bruce Hazzard (Michelle); her grandchildren, Zachary and Alison Hazzard; her daughter Barb Materi; her grandchildren, Ashley Materi (Ken) and Brittnee McIntyre (Colton); and her great grandchildren, Blake, Sarah, Emmy, Amir, Taylor and Maddie.
