He was predeceased by: his parent Nellie; and his sisters, Janet Hunchuk and Zoria Reid. He is survived by: his child Wayne Michael; his wife Helen; his children, Jerome, Deb and Pam (Darryl); his siblings, Sonia Harwoord and Vern (Amber); and also, Jerome Alan John, Debra Lynn, Pamela Mae, Travis (Bethany), Jayden, Taysha, Jennifer, Linette, Keegan, Kayla (Clayton), Shelby, Chase, Kash, Meagan (Dave) and Tyler. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
