She is survived by: her children, Gavin, Ryder, Kahlia, Baylee and Julian; her parents, Shirley Dombowsky and Joe Dombowsky; her siblings, Amanda (Jason), Aiden (Montana), Alex, Adam (Laura), Abby, Emma, Aaron, Hannah, Paige, Mary (Tyson), Daniel (Janessa), Spencer and Charlie; her mother-in-law Dana; and her extra-sisters, Brianne, Mateo, Keshia (Shane) and Sophia. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
