He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul and Edith; and his siblings, Pauline and Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Kotlajic; his stepchildren, Jamie Kotlajic and Christina Dueck (Collin); his granddaughter Charleigh Dueck; his sister Teresa Mills (Danny); his niece Danielle Mills; his nephew Tom Quiring; his brother Doug Evanovich (Alanna); and his nieces and nephews, Ethan, Sheila Kehrer (Ian), Sarah Thiessen (Steve) and John Paul Quiring.
