It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annie Koback (Ituna, Saskatchewan), who passed away on April 11, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Fred; her brothers, Vladimer and Mike; and her parents, Hilko Melnyk and Rosilia Melnyk.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry (Brenda) of Regina, Edward (Susan) of Pense and David (Jeanne) of Emerald Park; her grandchildren, Barrett, Byran, Taylor, Shelby, Amanda and Megan; and her great grandchildren, Piper and Emmett.
Annie's health began to fail, and she developed Alzheimer's.
