He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominika Kubik and Joseph Kubik; and his siblings, Carl, Ida and Julia.
He is survived by: his wife Doris; his children, Kerry (Candace), Myron, Dwayne, Roxanne (Brent), Wanda (Garry), Gerald (Rena), Debbie and Gary (Karen); and his sister Josie Thibodeau (Lawrence). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
