Shirley Mayes Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Mayes (Assiniboia, Saskatchewan), who passed away on May 21, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Vail and Annie Vail (John); her sons, Garry, Gerald, Ken and Bryan; her grandchildren, Leanne and Travis; and her brothers, Don and Gerald.

She is survived by: her husband John; her sons, Stan (Linda) and Wes (Jo-Anne); her grandchildren, Christopher, Jaden, Carter and Rayla; and her sister-in-law Marg Vail. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, good friends and cousins.

Donations in memory of Shirley may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan, or to the charity of choice.
