Shirley was predeceased by: husband Gordon; granddaughter Julie Engstrom; daughter Kris Engstrom; and sons-in-law, Jim Cosh and Des Browning.

Shirley is survived by: children, Vic (Leslie) of Assiniboia, Janice Hilderman (Larry) of Wolseley and Betty Anne Cosh of Okotoks. Shirley is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
