She was predeceased by: her parent Paul Margeson; her siblings, Jean MacKinnon (Danny), Adeline Smith, Doug Margeson, Ross Margeson (Marie) and Richard Margeson; and her siblings-in-law, Thomas O'Brien, Bill O'Brien and Patricia Fitt.
She is survived by: her parent Etta Margeson (Cotter); her husband James; her son Jamie (Janice); her grandchildren, Candace Canning (Jesse MacLean) of New Glasgow, Westville Canning of New Glasgow and Amy Canning of New Glasgow; her great grandchildren, Aidan MacLean, Liam MacLean, Elizabeth Canning and Christopher Canning; her daughter Ruthanna O'Brien; her brother Ted Margeson (Ann); her siblings-in-law, Colin O'Brien (Sandra), Allan O'Brien (Cindy), Dorothy Margeson, Calgary Margeson and Barb Margeson; and also, Kings Head, Reg Margeson (Reolla) and Lew Margeson (Kathy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
