He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Woo and Lee-Han Kwan. He is survived by: his wife Anne Sheung Ngor; his children, Andy (Sophie Verreault), Barbara (Don Stuart), Calvin (Jennifer MacMillan) and Douglas (Teresa Yuen); and his grandchildren, Max, Félix, Leah, Nathaniel, William, Tabitha, Olivia and Avery.

A reception was held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mount Royal Cemetery and Funeral Complex (1297 Chem. de la Forêt, Outremont, QC H2V2P9). Viewing was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A burial was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Mount Royal Cemetery (1297 Chem. de la Forêt, Outremont, QC H2V2P9).
