It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Constance Elizabeth Hamilton (Carleton, Québec), who passed away on April 12, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill and Walter; her sisters, Blanche, Mary and Alice; and also Lyman.

She is survived by: her children, James Cortes (Jackie), Vicki Elliott (Don) and Gary Hamilton; her grandchildren, Justin Cortes (Ashley), Jordan Cortes Carter (Tracy) and Cooper Elliott; her great grandchildren, Jack Cortes and Jaycob Cortes; and her sister Audrey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
