He is survived by: his parent Edna Millar (Hutchinson); his wife Beverley "Bev" Millar (Birch); his children, Pamela Millar (Steve Chappell), Susan Millar and Andrew Millar (Angela); his grandchildren, Gillian Arsenault, Joshua Millar and Ryan Millar; his sister Audrey Philp; and his siblings-in-law, Doris MacKendrick, Bertha Fram (David), Marnie Noye (Harold), Anne Harland (Harry Williams), Sandra Birch Gaazenbeek (Frank) and David Birch (Mary).
