It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Theodore Rogers (Summerside, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on April 2, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Haviland Rogers; his brothers, James and Alan; and his sister-in-law Coleen Rogers. He is survived by: his parent Doris Rogers (McGaughey); his wife Velma Rogers (Palmer); his daughter Candice; his significant other Millie; his siblings, Lowell (Anna), Darlene MacDonald (Art), Lynn Hughes (Edwin), Lorraine Lowther (Dennis), Leonard (Janet), Alanna Wilkins (Jack), Verna, Allison (Jennifer), Paul (Carrie), Danny and Leanne; his parent-in-law Charles Palmer (Erma); and his siblings-in-law, Stephen Palmer (Soraya) and Nora Rogers. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations to the Palliative Care Unit of the Prince County Hospital or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
