She was predeceased by: her husband Reginald Thompson; her parents, Charles Alexander and Helen Alexander (Lee); her son-in-law Donald Harris; her siblings, David, Matilda, Dorothy, Eva, Helen, Mary and Frances; and her niece Kay Denison.

She is survived by: her daughter Jane Harris; her grandchildren, Jacob Harris (Tara) and Alison Harris; and her great grandchildren, Sophie and Charlotte Harris. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
