It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garth Gillis (Montague, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on January 7, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his stepdaughter Melanie Fraser (Robert); his sibling Beverly Collins; and his parents, Betty Moore (Gillis) and Kay Gillis (MacDougall). He is survived by: his close friend Debbie Johnston; his daughters, Carolyn Gillis, Heather Gillis, Sharon Gillis (Colin) and Gaylene Gillis McCarron (Brian); his siblings, Evelyn Seward, David Moore, Marvin Moore, Marion Doherty, Glen Moore, Barry Moore, Barbara Moore and Blair Moore; his grandchildren, Grace, Bradford, Isabella, Michael, Hilary, Lesley, Alex and Sophia; and also, Emileo, Brittany and Emily.
