It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Penny (Montague, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on December 8, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Barbara Penny to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Seymour Meads and Odessa Meads (George); her husband Czerny Penny; her sister Babe; and her brother-in-law Bert.
She is survived by: her significant other Cecil MacDonald; her children, Paul Meads (Patsy), Bobby Penny (Marilyn), Debby Sheffer (Steve) and Billy Penny (Gailene); her siblings, Claire Warren, Jerry Meads (Trish) and Bonnie George (Francis); her brother-in-law Harry Dobson; and her grandchildren, Twila, Cheryl, Chad, Sidney, Megan, Hannah, Coady, Bradley, Steven, Nolan and Shannon. She is also survived by great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
