She was predeceased by: her parents, Warman Hopper and Jean Hopper (MacAleese); her parents-in-law, Andrew and Anna Johnstone (Davison); and her siblings-in-law, Gerald and Shirley Johnstone (Jardine).
She is survived by: her husband Allan Johnstone; her daughters, Heidi LaFrance (Michael), Long River, Christie Terry (Donald) and Carrie Johnstone (Eric Poirier); her grandchildren, Tristen Terry (Shyla Stiles), Connor Terry of Moncton, Emma, Lauren, Kristopher LaFrance of Long River and Raelle Williams of Moncton; her siblings, Barbara Ward (Linus) of Ottawa and Long River; and her nieces and nephews, Dr. Carol Ward (Paul Dagg), Heather Swayne (Robert), Sharon Taylor (James), James Johnstone, Edmonton, Barbara Walker (Peter) of New Annan, Heather Johnstone and Donald Johnstone of Long River.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions there will be no visitation or funeral service at this time.
