He was predeceased by: his parents, Brenton Smallman and Verna Smallman (Harris); his stepfather Thane Milligan; his grandfathers, Tommy Harris (Novella) and Dan Smallman (Anna); and his uncles, Foster Harris (Jean) and Foster Smallman.
He is survived by: his wife Lois (Brown); his children, Jo-Anne Smallman, Jennifer Brown (Shawn), Grampy, Taylor Gavin (Conner), Ethan and Ashton Brown; his half-sisters, Kimberley Moore and Trista MacIsaac; his aunt Orell Smallman; and his cousins, Avard Smallman (Rhonda), Annette Rennie (Dale) and Corinda Smallman.
In memory of Wendell, memorials to Bloomfield United Cemetery would be appreciated.
