He was predeceased by: his daughter Kristen; his parents, Lorne and May; and his siblings, Lorna and Frank.
He is survived by: his daughters, Celia and Lacey; his close friend Donna Koughan (O'Hanley); and his siblings, Barb Mackie (Charlie), Janet Kelly (Pat) and Larry Koughan (Kim). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association or a charity of choice.
