He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie McGregor (Davies) and Francis "Buddy" Pitre. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Aaron Pitre, Daniel Pitre and Michelle Pitre; his daughter-in-law Sarah Pitre (Gallant); his grandchildren, Jamie and Dylan; his cousin George Davies (Colleen); and his friend Bruce McMurtry (Tammy).
