Catherine Ann Vail Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Catherine Ann Vail of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 7, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Malcolm Hayter and Clara Hayter (French); her mothers-in-law, Brooklyn and Ella Euphemia Vail; her siblings, Jack and Faye Gallant (Elmer); and her siblings-in-law, Ernest, Delmar Vail (Evelyn), Doris Reid (Wally) and Florence Fournier (Roland).
She is survived by: her husband George; her daughter-in-law Jane Ryan; her grandchildren, Kathryn (T. J.), Robbie (Lilla), Christopher (Melissa), James (Justine), Emily (Clayton), Jayson and Regan (Ty); her great grandchildren, Harper, Hayley, August, Calvin, Riley, Sophie and Charlotte; her siblings, Audrey Lea (Doug), Blair Hayter (Connie) and Linda Lee (Billy); her siblings-in-law, Maureen Hayter, Isobel Vail, Alma Farquharson (David) and Paul Vail (Sheila); and her niece Toni.
