He was predeceased by: his children, Len Sangster of Wingham and Marilyn; his parents, Roy and Eva; his parents-in-law, Norman and Cela Keating; and his siblings, Alex MacDonald (Betty), Elizabeth Laurendeau (Les), Beatrice Groh (Brian), Peggy Bell (Raymond), Donna Scott, Donalda Bridge and Elva Doyle.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine MacDonald; his children, Carey, Michelle of Orangeville, Stephen, Susan of Oakville, Brett, Jennifer of Waterloo and Tracy; his grandchildren, Jake MacDonald, Bethany, Mike Newell, Tim MacDonald, Phil, Brittany MacDonald, Carly Sangster, Jenna, A. J. Hall, Katie Sangster, Justin, Sarah and Caleb MacDonald; and his siblings, Mary Helen and Lyle Reidt of Oakville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Wingham & District Hospital Foundation or London Health Sciences Centre Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
