It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Giovanna DiStefano (Windsor, Ontario), who passed away on June 23, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Giovanna DiStefano to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her son Domenic DiStefano; and her sisters, Giuseppina Maceroni and Margarita Malandruccolo. She is survived by : her children, Sandy Flores (Vito), John DiStefano (Rodica Oltean-Garant) and Vittorio DiStefano (Kathy); her grandchildren, Paolo Flores, Joey Flores (Julie), Michael Flores (Samone), Mark Flores, Michael DiStefano, Samantha DiStefano (Adam), Teresa DiStefano, Donald DiStafano, Gino DiStefano, Dillon DiStefano, Brianna DiStefano, Sparrow Garlow and Hunter Garlow; and her brothers, Giacomo "Jack" Mauri, Luigi "Louie" Mauri and Giuseppe Mauri. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, and cousins and many friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Banwell Chapel (11677 Tecumseh Rd E, Windsor, ON N8N1L8). A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 29th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
