He was predeceased by: his wife Maria Weselak (Stecko); his sisters, Zofia Paszkowska (Dominic), Kazia Karczmarczyk (Joseph) and Edyta Bas (Victor); his granddaughter Stephanie Burka-Gonsalves; and his parents, Anton Weselak and Henryka Weselak.
He is survived by: his children, Helena Burka (Paul) of Mississauga and Mark (Catherine); his grandchildren, Lisa Burka-Daniels (Jeremy), Vanessa Burka-Macchione (Paul), Grace and Owen Weselak; and his great grandchildren, Cruz, Penelope, Olivia, Pippa and Nina.
